Returns
We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold as described and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Returns are generally not accepted, especially for items that have been altered after purchase. Exchanges are always accepted, and we are happy to offer cash or credit on your unwanted jewelry.
We ship all items well padded and protected from damage and of the thousands of packages sent out we have yet to have an item arrive damaged. If your item is damaged during shipping please first contact the shipping service company then let us know at jt@jtjewelryshop.com.
Once we receive the return package, we will inspect the item within 1 day and email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit for the full purchase amount will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account or credit statement or contact your credit company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted to your account.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. We recommend a well padded tracked and insured package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
