Gorgeous pear-faceted natural copper/manganese-bearing Elbaite Tourmaline gemstone, approximately 1.65 carats and 9.77 x 7.12 x 4.23. This stunning, bluish-green gemstone with light color saturation has been certified by The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand in 2008 (certificate included). This gemstone is new and is best suited as a display specimen or set in a ring or pendant. This gemstone was mined in Africa, and it uniquely displays tubes of copper as some of the visible naturally occurring inclusions.

Prized for its breathtaking, often neon glow, Paraiba Tourmaline is a truly exceptional gemstone. Found in only a few locations on Earth, these stunning gemstones are Elbaite Tourmalines with coloring caused by the presence of copper. Originally discovered in the late 1980s in the state of Paraíba, Brazil, this rare gem commands high prices due to its intense color saturation and limited availability. With a Mohs hardness of 7 to 7.5, Paraiba Tourmaline is durable enough for everyday wear, though its rarity often reserves it for special occasion pieces. Its unique and captivating brilliance makes it a highly sought-after treasure among collectors and jewelry enthusiasts alike.
