Stunning vintage solid 10k Yellow Gold ring with an assembled Cameo set in a striking 21 x 17 mm gallery. Stamped with the maker's mark of Helm & Hahn Company from Pittsburgh and '10k', this beautiful 1940s Cameo ring weighs approximately 6.72 grams and is in excellent condition for its age, although two corners of the base of the cameo have been repaired.
