Gorgeous vintage solid 18k Yellow Gold drop pendant in excellent condition with approximately .50 ctw of faceted natural pink Spinel and .02 ctw of HSI2 round faceted natural Diamonds. Stamped with a maker's mark and '750' (75% pure Gold = 18k), this wonderful handmade pendant measures approximately 22 mm x 12 mm and weighs approximately 1.83 grams.
